Achieving ¡°comprehensive customer satisfaction¡± is the ultimate goal of Doosan. The company¡¯s quality policy stipulates the manufacture and provision of all products and services in accordance with contractual terms, technical and quality provisions, relevant codes, standards, regulations and demands of regulating bodies.
 
All team and division managers at Doosan make sure that the proper resources are used when conducting any type of business that may directly affect the quality of services and products, and take especial care to see that only adequately trained and qualified staff are assigned to such duties.
 
Doosan maintains an ¡®open¡¯ policy of recognition for quality-related issues, and insists that any employee who encounters negative product or service quality, or has a suggestion for quality improvement, must notify his/her direct supervisor or the Quality Assurance Team.
 
The president of Doosan has the authority to make final decisions to resolve quality issues that cannot be settled between the Quality Assurance Team and other divisions.
Such settlements shall not be in violation of quality assurance plans, codes or contract terms.
